Building Careers Through Connection
Join our MENtorship Program as a Mentor or a Mentee
We created our MENtorship Program to empower, connect, and support men in Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) fields. This initiative pairs members with mentors or mentees to provide guidance, share experiences, and help to navigate academic and professional growth. Together, we’re building community, confidence, and a stronger presence for men in CSD.
APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED
Program runs from April 1 through December 31, 2026
The MCC MENtorship Program connects men across Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) through structured mentorship, peer support, and professional community. Participants apply as mentors or mentees and are matched based on shared interests, career stage, and goals.
Thank you to everyone who applied to the 2026 MCC MENtorship Program. We are excited by the strong interest and engagement from across the CSD community.
Our team is currently reviewing applications and thoughtfully preparing mentor–mentee pairings based on shared interests, career stage, and professional goals.
Pairings will be finalized in March, with the program officially launching on April 1, 2026.
